NEW DATA SOURCES FOR MINING GEOMATICANS:

Measuring methods that provide data on mining exploration and its impact on the environment play an important role in shaping the body of information about its changes. It is important to fit this data into a data model that conforms to Geomatics standards..

INSAR
One of the latest sources of large-scale data is satellite interferometry - InSAR.
InSAR - allows to determine short-term periodic increments of land subsidence on very large areas of land.
CrInSAR - use of angle reflectors for precise deformation measurements.
Permament Scatters - analysis of deformation changes based on the analysis of a set of interferograms.

LASER SCANNING
One of the latest sources of small-scale data is the laser scanner measurement technique.
It is possible to carry out complex 3D measurements of mining equipment, chambers, shafts, etc.
